We are a growing team looking for a creative, commercially minded Digital Marketing & Content Executive to drive brand awareness, patient engagement, and service visibility across the island of Ireland.
This role will focus on delivering impactful, high-quality content across all digital platforms while supporting local clinic marketing, strategic partnerships, and broader brand initiatives.
You will play a key role in elevating Affidea s digital presence, bringing the brand to life through compelling storytelling, innovative campaigns, and consistent, locally relevant communications.
Requirements Digital Content & Channel Management Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business objectives Own and manage Affidea Irelands social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and launch and grow TikTok) Create engaging, patient-friendly content including video, graphics, and written posts Ensure consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms Monitor performance metrics and optimise content based on insights and trends TikTok Channel Launch & Growth Lead the end-to-end launch of Affidea Irelands TikTok presence Develop a content roadmap tailored to healthcare awareness, education, and brand storytelling Identify trends and translate them into relevant, compliant, and engaging healthcare content Collaborate with clinics and staff to create authentic, human-centred video content Local Clinic Marketing Support Partner with individual clinics across ROI and Northern Ireland to drive local awareness Support clinics in promoting key services, new offerings, and consultant expertise Develop toolkits and templates for local marketing initiatives Coordinate and amplify local campaigns through central digital channels Internal & External Communications Support internal communications to ensure alignment and engagement across clinic teams Develop content that highlights success stories, staff expertise, and patient outcomes Work closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure accuracy and compliance Partnership Activation Develop and execute campaigns that leverage the partnership to increase brand visibility Create engaging content (digital and on-site) Coordinate with external partners and stakeholders to maximise exposure General Marketing Activity Support wider marketing campaigns, including service launches and seasonal initiatives Assist in event promotion, community engagement, and PR-related activities Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers where required Ensure all marketing activity aligns with healthcare regulations and brand standards Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, or content focused role Understanding of the Irish healthcare market (ROI & NI) Strong understanding of social media trends, especially short-form video (TikTok/Reels) Strong data analytics capability, with experience using analytics tools to inform strategy, measure performance, and optimise content Experience developing and delivering effective internal communications to align stakeholders and drive engagement Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail (grammar, tone, and style) Proficiency with design and content tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, CapCut.
