Digital Product Manager (12-Month FTC)

Location: Cork, 3 days a week onsite
Duration: 12-Month Fixed Term Contract
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for transforming the omnichannel experience across multiple domains. This role will be strategy focused, with the bulk of the work focused on vision and roadmap. Stakeholder management will be key here as you will be working with and influencing senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Execute a digital product strategy aligned with business goals and market trends.
Lead cross-functional teams (tech, design, marketing) through agile development, from ideation to launch.
Manage the product lifecycle, including updates, optimizations, and retirements.
Define KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize digital performance and member proposition.
Translate complex business needs into actionable development plans for technical teams.
Requirements
5+ years in Digital/Product Management.
Proven track record in B2C e-commerce, mobile applications, or digital consumer platforms.
Skilled in managing backlogs, writing Epics/User Stories, and improving frontend UX.
Strong data-driven decision-making skills and commercial acumen
Bachelor’s Degree required
