Job Overview
A Strategic Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, nurturing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, fostering growth efforts and ensuring customer volume targets are met.
* Proactively identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities within targeted markets.
* Manage the sales process from initial outreach to closing, guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails and social media to build a robust pipeline of opportunities.
* Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to effectively position services and identify growth areas.
Key Requirements:
1. Degree-level education preferred.
2. No less than 23 years of experience in sales, account management or similar commercial roles.
3. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
5. Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strong client relationships.
6. Proficient with CRM systems and general IT tools.
7. Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
