Administrative Coordinator
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide full-time reception duties and administrative support to our team.
The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for the general public, partner organisations, key stakeholders, suppliers etc. as a representative of our organisation.
The role is a 0.8 WTE Specified Purpose position with a salary range of €34,924 – €51,422 per annum pro rata. Salary will be strictly calculated based on level of experience.

AIIHPC isa collaborative of hospices, universities, health and social care organisations and charities on the island of Ireland. The Administration Officer plays a key role in advancing these goals.
To succeed in this role, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when required.
