We're a small, product‑led team with a strong documentation culture.We're looking for our first dedicated Customer Success & Support Specialist. You'll run support, onboard new users, and help shape how we support customers as we grow.You Will• Respond to customer enquiries via email and calls• Troubleshoot issues and escalate clearly• Help new users set up properties, tenancies, and workflows• Improve documentation and identify gaps• Spot patterns in customer feedback and share insights• Work closely with the founder to influence product directionYou Bring• Experience in customer support or customer success for a software product• Excellent communication skills• A methodical, detail‑oriented approach• Comfort working independently• Based in the UK (required)Nice to Have• Property or landlord familiarity• Experience with compliance‑driven tools• Documentation or knowledge‑base contributionsCompensation• £35,000 (full‑time equivalent)• Remote (UK) - occasional travel for events or meetings may be required• Full‑time preferred; 75%+ consideredThis role is ideal for someone who enjoys autonomy, structured problem‑solving, and shaping processes from the ground up.
