The Temple Gate Hotel is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to oversee the smooth operation of its bars, restaurants, and meeting rooms. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work closely with the management team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
* Be aware of hotel business performance and collaborate with departments to deliver outstanding guest service.
* Address guest queries promptly and efficiently, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
* Maintain the highest standards of customer care within the property.
* Promote Service Excellence throughout the hotel.
* Encourage guest feedback through personal interactions and implement a system for addressing comments to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role within busy 3*/4* hotels.
* Strong knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry.
* Excellent people management and communication skills.
* Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
