We are a growing food wholesaler based in Kinsale Road Business Park, supplying high-quality products to restaurants, cafés, delis across Cork and beyond. We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team as we continue to expand.
Role Overview:
The successful candidate will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our office. This is a hands-on administrative role involving bookkeeping support, invoicing, data entry, and general office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
* Processing supplier and customer invoices (accounts payable & receivable)
* Reconciling daily and weekly sales reports
* Assisting with bookkeeping and preparation for monthly accounts
* Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
* Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams
* Handling general office administration and correspondence
* Supporting management with ad hoc reporting and administrative tasks
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an administrative, bookkeeping, or accounts role
* Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g. Sage, Xero, or similar) is an advantage
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems
* Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
Working Hours:
* Full-time, Monday to Friday
* Based onsite at Kinsale Road Business Park
