Key Responsibilities:
The Senior Respite Service Manager will oversee the overall management of the respite service, ensuring a high standard of care and compliance with relevant regulations.
1. Develop and implement quality control measures to guarantee safe and effective services are delivered.
2. Manage staff rotas and schedules to meet operational needs.
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staff performance and service delivery.
4. Organize and facilitate training sessions for staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
5. Provide regular supervision and performance management to staff.
6. Lead the team effectively to achieve organizational goals.
