About the Role
As a Client Delivery Manager, you will own the end-to-end relationship with key enterprise customers from onboarding and implementation to adoption, renewals, and expansion.
You'll ensure that client requirements are captured accurately, delivered effectively, and aligned with product capabilities.
You will act as the central liaison between our clients, development, and product teams - ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and ongoing customer success.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned enterprise clients.
Build and maintain trusted relationships across client business and technical stakeholders.
Conduct regular business reviews to ensure strategic alignment and demonstrate value.
Delivery Management
Lead the planning and execution of client implementation and enhancement projects including scoping, scheduling, testing, training, and rollout.
Gather and document customer requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables.
Collaborate with the Development team to ensure client feedback informs product enhancements.
Account Financials & Commercial Oversight
Oversee account financial health, including renewals, upsells, and overall profitability.
Customer Success & Retention
Drive adoption, satisfaction, and measurable business outcomes for clients.
Proactively identify opportunities for additional value and product expansion.
Monitor customer health metrics and address potential churn risks early.
Requirements for this position
5+ years commercial experience in Software Project Management, Customer Success, Account Management, Project Delivery, or Consulting, in a Saa S or enterprise software environment.
Experience with Cyber, Compliance, Risk, or other Management software a strong plus.
Proven success managing enterprise relationships and multi-phase delivery programs.
Strong technical and business acumen — comfortable working with product and engineering teams.
Commercial exposure, with quote management, upselling solutions and increasing adoption
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Solid understanding of project management best practices (PMP, Agile, or equivalent experience a plus).
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field.
The ideal candidate will have a high level of English, 5 years experience working in a software or technology company, with strong understanding of software implementation, as well as customer success.
Ability to do demo, project plans and manage client implementation of at least one key client.
The company is a small, growing software company, so experience hands-on working in a small team will be preferred.
Compensation will reflect the 5 years of experience required.
