The Deutsche Bank Chief Strategy Office (CSO) drives Deutsche Bank’s innovation strategy, thought leadership, technology partnerships, and investments. The team enables the bank to accelerate and drive business led innovation, and to deliver revenue growth and operational efficiencies for all bank divisions and Deutsche Bank ecosystem of partners.
Much of the Innovation Engineering team is based in Dublin and constitutes Deutsche Bank's AI centre of excellence. Key objectives of the team include the delivery development and delivery of production quality AI products, creation of an AI ecosystem to support the trustworthy development of AI solutions, and training & education of AI practitioners and business users.
This role is critical to ensure the successful delivery of user-centered AI solutions, encompassing innovation strategy, full product development lifecycle, and software development best practice.
We are looking for a UX Designer to join our team that will lead the design of great user-centred AI products through the discovery, design, development and delivery process.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Leading and executing all phases of the UI/UX design process, including user research, persona development, journey mapping, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing specifically for AI-powered features and applications
* Designing interfaces for various AI applications, such as chatbots, AI workflow assistants, AI Agents etc. and develop experiences that gracefully handle AI's probabilistic nature
* Creating visually appealing, high-fidelity mockups and prototypes that adhere to Deutsche Bank's brand guidelines and established design systems
* Collaborating closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, AI/ML Engineers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, technical constraints, and business requirements
* Conducting user research (interviews, surveys, usability studies) to validate design decisions and uncover insights specific to user interactions with AI
* Building interactive prototypes (low and high fidelity) to effectively communicate design ideas and test concepts with users
Your Skills And Experience
* Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field, OR equivalent practical experience
* Professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design process and shipped work (web and/or mobile applications)
* Proven ability to design complex user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs and working knowledge of prototyping tools: Figma,(Good to Have - Adobe XD, Sketch)
* Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices
* Experience conducting user research and usability testing
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in an agile, collaborative, fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
