About the Role

Responsibilities
* Manage maintenance requests & contractor coordination
* Support tenants with leases, move-ins & queries
* Monitor arrears, rent reviews & renewals (RTB compliance)
* Carry out inspections & ensure compliance with property legislation
* Build strong relationships with landlords, residents & suppliers
Qualifications
* Knowledge of lettings laws & RTB regulations
Required Skills
* Strong communication & organisational skills
* Ability to manage multiple properties independently
* Proficiency with property management software
* PSRA licence (or working towards one)
