YOUR JOB - will vary and will include:
· Assisting the Finance team with month end.
· Processing of high volume of purchase invoices
· Data entry including Month End & Intercompany journals
· Creditor account reconciliations.
· Weekly Creditor Payment Run
· Assistance with external audit.
· Bank payment processing.
· Visa Card, Petty Cash and Employee Expenses Processing.
· General office administration
· Any other duties as directed by your manager.
YOUR PROFILE – your knowledge, skills and experience include:
Experience and Qualifications:
· Minimum 2 years' experience in a finance role.
· A flexible and helpful approach.
· Proven communication and interpersonal skills.
· Strong Excel skills.
· Strong work ethic with ambition to progress.
· Strong attention to detail.
