Job Opportunity: Food and Beverage Leader
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food and Beverage Manager to join our team. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the food and beverage operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead the food and beverage teams to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve high standards of quality and productivity.
* Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth in the food and beverage departments.
* Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and supply chain management.
* Collaborate with other departments, such as events and conference services, to ensure seamless delivery of services to guests.
* Recruit, train, and develop staff to meet business needs and ensure a positive and inclusive work environment.
**Requirements:**
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar role in a busy 3*/4* hotel.
* Strong knowledge of the food and beverage industry, including trends and innovations.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
