We are seeking an experienced Door Sales Professional to manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers, identify and pursue new sales opportunities, sell door products into trade customers, deliver product demonstrations and training, monitor market trends, achieve agreed sales targets, and prepare regular sales updates.

Candidate Requirements
* Minimum 5 years' sales experience or strong industry-related knowledge (doors, joinery, hardware, or construction products).
* Proven ability to hit and exceed sales targets.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
* Full, clean driving license and flexibility to travel across the Midlands and South of Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers through proactive customer engagement and effective relationship management.
* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by building relationships with potential customers and understanding their needs.
* Sell a range of door products to trade customers, including group builder providers and independent hardware stores.
* Deliver product demonstrations, promotions, and training to customers as required.
* Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
* Achieve agreed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) through effective sales strategies and tactics.
* Prepare regular sales updates and reports to stakeholders.
