About the Role
The Clinical Specialist will support sales and market objectives by promoting a range of Gynae Devices to Key Opinion Leaders and Large Hospital Groups across the Territory. This is a key role that requires a strong understanding of clinical practices, product knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities
1. Provide customers with technical advice and training on the safe and effective use of company products and surgical techniques
2. Engage with both existing and new healthcare professionals to develop robust sales opportunities and advise on suitable leads
3. Maintain accurate records of customer activity on the company's CRM system, including information on customer usage, purchasing protocols, and competitor activity
4. Support the development of product and procedure knowledge with the sales team through teaching in theatre settings, classrooms, or induction training programs
Requirements
* 2-5 years of experience working in hospital-based physiotherapy
* Specific experience in female healthcare, such as pelvic physio, actively sought
* Full clean driving license
* Ability to communicate and influence at an advanced level
* Positive impact, confidence, and credibility in a clinical environment
* Driven by a desire to succeed and a work ethos to match
