Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dublin, with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Executive Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, including calendar management, expense reporting, and coordinating meetings.
The role involves managing day-to-day communications, preparing documentation, and providing effective support to senior executives to ensure efficient operations and decision-making.
Qualifications Expertise in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports Strong skills in Executive Support, including scheduling, task prioritization, and organizational management Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail, time management, and ability to work in a dynamic environment Proficiency in standard office tools and technologies (e.g., Microsoft Office)Prior experience in providing support in a corporate setting is an advantage Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred
