What Will You Do?

Support the venue General Manager with ensuring your venues Front of House teams success, maintaining the right balance between financial focus and operational excellence.
Support the Venue General Manager with managing labour costs and COG's to maximise the Front of House departments profitability.
Champion excellence in the amusement department, running the Redemption Store, keeping up with maintenance, cleaning and encouraging customers to get involved in the fun!
Encourage up‑selling and ensure marketing promotions are being effectively managed to maximise profitability.
Run excellent events and functions, giving our clients the best in‑venue experience possible.
Recruit and select exceptional team members.
Be a loud and proud brand ambassador, ensuring our venues look their very best, the atmosphere is set, and that our guests keep coming back for another slice of the action!
What Will You Bring?

Valid RSA and Approved Managers card.
