Sanderson is partnering with its global pharmaceutical client to place an experienced Senior HR Business Partner for a 12 month fixed term contract.Core DutiesProviding expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on policies, procedures and employment legislationPartner with business leaders on workforce planning, organisational design and performance managementLead complex employee relations matters including investigations, disciplinary, grievance and absence management processesSupport change initiatives including restructures and operational transformationManage the HR Operations team, ensuring effective delivery across the employee lifecycleDrive continuous improvement and standardisation of HR processes and systemsAnalyse people data to provide actionable business insightsLead and support union negotiations, including pay agreements, collective bargaining and broader industrial relations mattersSkills & Experience8+ years HR experience, including HRBP exposureStrong knowledge of Irish employment legislationExperience managing complex employee relations casesDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication, influencing and analytical skillsThird-level qualification in HR or related discipline (CIPD desirable)Experience supporting operational or warehouse environments would be beneficial
