Scrum Master
Our client is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams within their Irish technology division. You'll drive Agile delivery, strengthen collaboration, and help teams consistently deliver high-quality results.
Hybrid role with an excellent daily rate. 12 Month Initial Contract.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead core Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
2. Support Product Owners with backlog refinement and prioritisation.
3. Remove blockers and champion continuous improvement.
4. Coach teams and stakeholders in Agile principles and best practices.
5. Foster transparency, collaboration, and delivery excellence.
Skills & Experience
6. 5-7+ years' experience as a Scrum Master.
7. Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
8. Proven facilitation and coaching skills across cross-functional teams.
9. Experience using Jira and Confluence.
10. Relevant certifications (CSM, PSM I/II, SAFe) preferred.
