THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint a Line Manager responsible for supporting and leading a department and team to deliver the best shopping experience for our customers.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
1. Lead and coach your team to ensure excellent service, standards, and product availability.
2. Achieve all key performance indicators for your departments.
3. Make daily decisions that support your team’s effectiveness.
4. Implement the training plan, ensuring colleagues are well-trained and their training is up-to-date.
5. Complete all departmental routines, processes, and systems accurately and timely.
6. Plan seasonal, trade, and promotional activities to maximize sales and impact.
7. Ensure all safety and legal routines are followed within your departments.
8. Communicate the importance of objectives, regular reviews, and career development to colleagues.
9. Provide regular coaching and feedback to improve team skills.
10. Encourage innovation and personal growth within your team.
11. Create a customer-focused and positive working environment.

Experience
* Previous management experience is required.

* Retail experience is preferred.
