Job Title: Project Coordinator
The ideal candidate will have a diverse background of experience in various projects including Residential, Civil, Commercial, Retail and Public works. They should possess strong knowledge of building detail and construction technology.
Excellent communication and time management skills are required to coordinate multiple tasks and lead negotiations with clients and subcontractors. IT proficiency in surveying/accounting packages and Microsoft Office applications is necessary. Additionally, they must be able to motivate a team and work collaboratively towards shared goals.
A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure are essential qualities for this role. The successful candidate will demonstrate their capacity to manage a variety of complex projects and drive results through effective coordination and leadership.
