The Purpose of the Role
As a Lead Quality Technician, you will be supporting the Customer in key areas throughout the manufacturing process.
Your role will be centered around adhering to facility standard operating procedures with a focus on people, safety and quality.

Work Schedule
Compressed Work Week within a 4-shift cycle, 12-hour shifts (day & night including weekends).
Principal Duties And Responsibilities
Attend/run Start of Shift (SOS) meetings and coordinate tasks and priorities
Liase with customer representatives
Actively participate in training and certification of the team members
Follow procedures and BKMs
Provide regular updates to the Shift Manager on progress throughout the shift
Report to the Shift Manager on absence and attendance
Attend/Run passdown between shifts
Maintain system records for shift
Role Requirements
Ability to use a variety of hand tools, power tools, electric meters in performing duties
Ability to perform root cause analysis and responsible to monitor and deliver on shift training plans
Responsibility for the safe working environment of yourself and your team
Attention to detail is essential regarding all tasks
React proactively to changes in customer and company priorities and manage tasks accordingly
Excellent personal skills and communication skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with multiple changing priorities
Proficient use of IT and systems
Ability to work in a controlled cleanroom environment, which will involve the wearing of a gown and relevant personal protective equipment
100% compliance with all safety and protocol specs and regulations
Physical Requirements
Have strong physical stamina to have the ability to stand, stoop, walk and reach for the duration of a 12-hour shift (breaks excluded)
