Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Cleaning Operative to support one of our long-standing client sites. The role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness throughout a large, well-used leisure and hospitality facility with a mix of indoor public areas, changing spaces, and service zones.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform regular cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and surface sanitising
* Maintain cleanliness and presentation of locker rooms, washrooms, corridors, and common areas
* Ensure bins are emptied and waste is handled correctly
* Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules provided by the facilities management team
* Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene procedures
* Report any maintenance issues or supply shortages
* Interact professionally with staff, guests, and visitors on-site
Requirements:
* Previous cleaning experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate
* Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
* Ability to work independently and follow instructions
* Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
* Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends when required
* Ability to perform physical cleaning duties

Pay: €14.10-€14.80 per hour
