We are seeking an experienced accounts payable professional to join our team as a Financial Operations Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of accounting principles and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and manage accounts payable ensuring timely payment of invoices.
* Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
* Support month-end and year-end financial reporting.

* Provide support during audits and assist with ad-hoc tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in accounts payable, ideally in a practice or retail setting.
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel.
* High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Accounting qualification (e.g., AAT, part-qualified ACCA/ACA) is a plus.
