Job Description
This public sector body maintains a large portfolio of properties across Northern Ireland. The estates department is responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of stakeholders and users.
The team delivers planned preventative maintenance works annually, meeting financial and performance reporting requirements. They also oversee minor capital budget projects across their estate.
Your New Role
This contract role involves working as part of a larger estates team under the Senior Maintenance Manager's supervision.
* Supervise compliance with relevant regulations and legislation, prioritizing Health and Safety for the general public.
You will carry out regular visits to properties, inspecting work in progress by Mechanical, HVAC, and Electrical contractors. Further job duties can be provided on request.
