Company Intro / Summary A leading infrastructure solutions provider is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing commercial team.
Operating across Ireland, the company specialises in the delivery of telecommunications, utilities, and energy infrastructure projects and has ambitious expansion plans aiming to double in size within the next 18 months.

Responsibilities Manage the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple infrastructure projects across Ireland.
Prepare budgets, cost plans, and tender documentation.
Oversee procurement processes, subcontractor engagement, and account management.
Monitor costs, variations, and valuations to ensure financial control and reporting accuracy.
Liaise with clients, project managers, and site teams to support successful project delivery.
Contribute to value engineering exercises and cost optimisation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures and contractual obligations.
Support senior management with commercial insight and project forecasting.
Requirements Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years experience in a QS role, ideally within civil, utilities, or telecoms sectors (not essential).
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of project lifecycles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
Strong numerical and analytical abilities with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and QS software tools.
Willingness to travel to project sites nationwide, with a strong concentration of work in the Midlands.
Package Salary: €60,000 €70,000 DOE.
Full-time, permanent position with projects nationwide.
