Identity Governance Tech Lead
This role will contribute to the delivery of secure, appropriate, and timely access to enterprise resources. You will play a key part in advancing our Identity and Access Management strategy.
We are seeking an individual who can bring innovative ideas and solutions to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Providing technical leadership in the execution and processes for escalation, incident management, change management, problem resolution, and continuous improvement that enable the support of 24/7 services.
* Continuously monitoring IAM identity governance systems performance and health to ensure optimal operation.
* Performing regular maintenance tasks to prevent issues.
* Responding promptly to system alerts and incidents, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to restore services as quickly as possible.
* Managing and maintaining all components of IAM identity governance systems.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field.
* 5+ years of proven experience in supporting, delivering, and securing Identity and Access Management services.
* 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management with deep expertise in areas like identity provisioning, access management, identity governance, and administration.
* 5+ years experience in Microsoft Identity Manager, Entra ID, and SailPoint IIQ.
