We are seeking an experienced and skilled Culinary Team Leader to join our team.
About the Role:
This is a leadership position where you will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, leading a team of chefs and cooks, and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage kitchen staff, including planning shifts and scheduling
* Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
* Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional culinary skills and knowledge
* Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and waste
* Analyzing data to improve kitchen performance and efficiency

Requirements:
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment
