Job Title:
We are seeking experienced professionals to join our team in a challenging role that will make a positive impact on the lives of children and families. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively with children who have complex needs, including physical disability, complex medical needs, autism, and behavioral needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support workers and enhanced/staff nurses will provide person-centered care to children aged 6-18 years, promoting their physical, emotional, and social development. They will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver a range of services, including respite care, crisis intervention, and therapeutic support.
Requirements:
