Job Description:
* Endpoint Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of Intune, Autopilot, and policy/application management for device provisioning.
* Technical Scoping & Analysis: Ability to identify unique policies, applications, and estimate work effort for integration tasks.
* Policy & Application Packaging: Skilled in creating and uploading custom policies and packaging applications according to US standards.
* Testing & Validation: Competence in assisting local teams with pre-testing Autopilot images prior to tenant consolidation.
* Cross-Team Collaboration: Experience working with Customer teams (EA, HAM, Networks) to coordinate laptop refresh and reprovisioning activities.
* Post-Go-Live Support: Ability to troubleshoot, resolve punch list issues, and ensure operational readiness after tenant consolidation.
* Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills to manage timelines and dependencies during integration and go-live phases.
