Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient A2W Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales by leveraging technical expertise to demonstrate the value and benefits of our integrated EV charging and heat pump solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* On-the-Road Sales: Regularly travel to meet with clients, conduct site assessments, and demonstrate products in real-world settings, ensuring a hands-on approach to sales.
* Client Engagement: Act as the primary technical liaison for clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that integrate EV charging with heat pump systems.
* Product Demonstrations: Conduct detailed product demonstrations, simplifying complex technical information to effectively communicate the advantages of our technology.
* Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals, prepare tenders, and negotiate contracts, ensuring technical accuracy and feasibility.
* Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product development and sales strategies.
* Customer Feedback: Gather and analyse client feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
* Training: Provide technical training and support to clients and internal teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of product functionalities and benefits.
* Networking: Represent EVHACS at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our solutions and expand our market presence.
Requirements:
* Experience: Proven experience in technical sales, preferably within the HVAC, renewable energy, or EV sectors.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of heat pump systems, air conditioning units, and EV charging technologies. Technical qualification required.
* Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to assess client needs and provide innovative solutions that align with their requirements.
* Travel: Willingness to travel frequently as part of an on-the-road sales role, meeting clients and attending industry events.
* Driver's License: Valid driver's license is required.
* Understanding of Site Location Electrical Needs and Basic Electrical competencies
