Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Leading and coordinating layouts and generating tender and construction documentation.
2. Developing sketch/conceptual designs under senior guidance.
3. Leading BIM/Revit projects through detailed design stages.
4. Supporting post-planning, technical packages, coordination, delivery, and onsite stages.
5. Creating technical drawings, specifications, and schedules using Revit, aligned with standards and schedules.
6. Ensuring designs adhere to standards and are constructible.
7. Collaborating with Project Managers and conducting site visits for technical support.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology from an RIAI-accredited program.
2. At least 3 years of relevant experience in architectural practice.
3. Strong knowledge of building design, construction, and technology.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp.
5. Detailed knowledge of Irish building regulations.
6. Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong technical and construction knowledge, with experience in detailing, design development, and tender pack assembly.
