Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree and/or diploma in Spa Management
* Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in luxury hotel spa operations
* Proficient in PMS systems such as Book4Time and Opera
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to motivate teams and handle guest interactions with professionalism and empathy
* Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
* Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
