Job Title: Electrical Systems Maintenance Specialist
This role is responsible for overseeing the management and upkeep of electrical systems within a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage power distribution, lighting, emergency generators, and process gas delivery systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
* Supervise wastewater treatment plant operations to guarantee environmental compliance and minimize waste.
* Perform regular maintenance on solar systems, life safety systems (fire & gas), sprinkler, and low-pressure hot water systems to prevent downtime and reduce risk.
The ideal candidate will possess a trade qualification or Electrical Engineering degree, with at least 10 years of experience in facilities/utilities management within GMP or regulated settings.
A strong understanding of electrical infrastructure, safety protocols, and GMP requirements is essential, as well as experience with electrical systems such as alarm management, emergency power, and UPS systems.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are required to diagnose and repair electrical issues, maintain accurate records of maintenance, compliance, and system performance, and collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
