Site Manager Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Site Manager, responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations on residential construction sites. Your key responsibilities will include managing and supervising all on-site activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
You will coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will monitor project progress, prepare regular reports for senior management, resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site in a timely and effective manner.
