Details of Service: The Human Resources Department provides support, direction, advice and interventions to all areas of the health service across Community Services for Integrated Health Areas of Dublin North County and Dublin North City & West, recognising that all staff throughout the system are key to the delivery of excellent people capability. Our shared purpose is to deliver safer better healthcare and staff and public value, and collectively support the significant reform and change agenda in Ireland. We exist to deliver a HR service through practices that are relevant and innovative, enabled by high quality relationships and collaboration across the whole system. Qualifications / Skills
* Experience in Human Resources management within the health service or a related public sector environment is desirable.
* Ability to provide guidance, support, and interventions across multiple teams and departments.
* Strong commitment to accessible information and inclusive recruitment processes.
