This role is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract.Key Responsibilities:Pre-departure Checks (Daily-Ongoing)Intake check on Pouches, Labels and Sleeves (All Deliveries)Samples New pouches for R&DKPI's of Pre-Departure (Weekly)Warehouse Monthly AuditWork with Quality Team in relation to quarantine/release - Take ownership of quarantine/release in WarehouseIngredient Intake Check (Sample Check)Spot check on raw materials on intake - Interleaving Thickness.Glass Audit Freezer & Tempering Room - Weekly & QuarterlyInverter check - check pallets being turned correctly, jiffy sheet in placeDaily GMP audit (Am & Pm)Box/Sleeve check against artwork (Every Delivery)Upkeep of Label, Pouch and Sleeve libraryKey SkillsExcellent Organisational Skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills are required to effectively deal with people at all levels of the business.A service-oriented approach to work with a good understanding of customer requirements.A conscious individual who leads by example and enjoys working in a safe and accurate environment with a flexible approach to work.PC literate.
