HR Generalist Role
We are seeking a highly skilled HR professional to join our team.
* Assist with high-volume recruitment, including creating job descriptions, posting adverts, shortlisting, interviewing, extending offers, and completing pre-employment checks.
* Complete inductions with new employees, delivering presentations and organising health and safety training.
* Conduct weekly/monthly HR reporting on metrics such as absence, staff retention, and performance.
* Provide advisory support on employee relations issues, arranging investigations for absence management problems.
* Act as HR lead on driving the employee forum and organising/promoting events.
* Complete HR administration duties, drafting contracts, issuing offer letters, and pre-employment checks.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1-2 years of HR experience.
* Experience in employee relations, absence management, and high-volume recruitment.
* Skilled in completing HR reporting, inductions, and drafting employee contracts.
* Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications and Time/Attendance Systems.
