Customer Service Representative Job
This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional service to customers at every stage of their rental experience.
You will work closely with staff to ensure timely vehicle returns and rentals, while maintaining excellence in customer service and damage standards.
Responsibilities:
* Timely Vehicle Returns and Rentals: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve efficient vehicle handovers and rentals.
* Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service at all times, ensuring complete satisfaction with the rental experience.
* Damage Prevention and Resolution: Implement effective procedures to minimize vehicle damage and efficiently resolve any issues that arise.
* Communication and Teamwork: Maintain regular communication with fleet supervisors and damages department to ensure seamless collaboration and problem-solving.
* Compliance and Safety: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Requirements:
* Driving License: Hold a full clean B driving license for a minimum of 2 years.
* Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
* Teamwork and Flexibility: Demonstrate ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility in working hours, including availability during the day, evenings, and weekends.
* Rental Experience: While not essential, previous car rental/sales experience is desirable.
