Procurement Analyst (contract) role at Adecco
Location: Dublin 2 (hybrid). Contract: 6-11 months initially with view to extension. Work Model: Hybrid. Daily rate: Competitive.
Role overview: Are you detail-oriented, organised, and eager to grow your expertise in software licensing and contract management? We're looking for a motivated Procurement Analyst to join our client's dynamic team in Dublin. This role supports the remediation of software contracts, ensuring alignment with internal policies and regulatory standards. You\'ll collaborate with our Software Asset Management (SAM) and Legal teams to identify and resolve gaps, track remediation progress, and contribute to process improvements.
Responsibilities
* Review and remediate software contracts to ensure compliance with licensing and internal policies.
* Organise and maintain contract documentation for analysis and reporting.
* Identify contractual gaps, inconsistencies, and risks.
* Collaborate with SAM and Legal teams to align contract terms and clarify language.
* Track remediation activities and maintain accurate records.
* Prepare reports and summaries to support decision-making.
* Escalate issues promptly and contribute to process improvements.
Key skills & Experience
* Relevant experience in Procurement
* Familiarity with Coupa Procurement software
* Basic understanding of software licensing models
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
