Are you an experienced Recruitment Professional who is looking to take the next step in your career? A valued client of Primtac Personnel based in North County Dublin is looking for a Recruitment Manager to join their growing team and manage the end to end recruitment process across the company.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all candidates.
* Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver well-matched candidate shortlists.
* Facilitate interview and hiring discussions with interview panels and hiring managers.
* Regularly track and maintain recruitment data reports and performance metrics.
* Manage the offer process, including extending offers, negotiating terms, and preparing offer letters.
* Conduct comprehensive reference checks for prospective hires.
* Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, covering inductions, documentation, and follow-up meetings.
* Support general HR operations and participate in ad hoc projects as required.
* Manage recruitment and training budgets, ensuring efficient, cost-effective talent acquisition and development solutions.
* Design, implement, and manage training programs to enhance employee skills, performance, and productivity.
* Identify training needs and develop tailored learning solutions for various roles within the logistics sector.
* Deliver dynamic training using diverse methods, including workshops, e-learning, simulations, and on-the-job coaching.
* Collaborate with department leaders to address skills gaps and promote continuous learning initiatives.
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* 3–5+ years of technical sourcing experience within an in-house recruitment team or search firm environment.
* Demonstrated success in proactively engaging and attracting passive candidates.
* Previous experience in a HR or recruitment role within Ireland.
* A third-level qualification in HR or Recruitment is desirable.
* Strong organisational abilities and excellent administrative skills.
* Experience in the logistics sector is an advantage.
* Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organisation.
* Committed to maintaining strict confidentiality and professional discretion.
* Flexible and adaptable, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
