OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOBTo provide comprehensive coordination of the payroll process, as well as supporting a broad range of HR processes, such as the maintenance of HR data through SAP Success Factors, support on Employee Relations matters and provide general HR advice to the Irish business.You will be an enthusiastic and motivated person, with the ability to complete your work in a fast-paced environment that insists on high standards and encourages initiative.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESCoordinate the full payroll process for the weekly and monthly payrolls in the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI) jurisdictions, in conjunction with an outsourced payroll provider.Manage and coordinate employee benefits including health insurance, pension, long service awards, company shares and cycle to work scheme.Act as point of contact for payroll and benefit queries from employees and managers.Compile monthly reports on employee data and payroll data.Maintain employee data relating to personal details, compensation & benefits and position org chart through SAP Success Factors.Assist the Finance department with Audits and year end reporting.Delivery of professional and efficient HR administration service for the business, offering first level advice on HR related queries to line managers in accordance with policies and procedures.To continuously develop and review work processes to achieve optimum efficiency and quality.To support HR led projects and activities including employee relations processes as necessary.Other ad-hoc duties as required.KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS3 years' experience within a busy HR office is desirable.1 year Payroll experience is essential.Degree in HR or equivalent experience is necessary.Payroll Qualification, such as IPASS is desirable.Experience with SAP Success Factors is desirable.Knowledge of current employment legislation.Demonstrable experience of delivering continuous improvement.Must be able to treat all information and data with the utmost confidentiality.Full clean drivers licence required.SIG Ireland as part of SIG PLC, is passionate about our Commitment Culture The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility, agility and be passionate about what they do.
