The Product Manager works within the EMEA Product Solutions & Management team and is responsible for the implementation of new product initiatives and product changes into the EMEA business.
What we are looking for
The Product Manager co-ordinates and program manages all product activity of the team and with functional stakeholders to ensure there is a detailed plan of activity throughout the year.
Other responsibilities
Project-managing product initiatives from approval through to implementation with business partners
Successfully managing any issues and risks relating to each product initiative
Managing expectations and escalating any potential delays, issues and/or risks
Continuously supporting Invesco business areas through product change
Contributing to the development and maintenance of Invesco EMEA's product strategy in conjunction with Strategy and Development teams
Maintaining close working relationships with Investment Management teams on new product ideas and regulatory change that impact product
Taking on ad hoc projects as required with respect to technical or regulatory change and developing end-to-end solutions to support business needs
What you can bring
Proven experience within the investment management sector
Product-related experience in financial services organisations and/or working with larger business projects
In-depth knowledge of financial markets with investment experience a plus
Understanding of functional areas that feed into the product process, with experience in one or more areas a plus
Strong system proficiency including advanced PowerPoint and Excel
Sound understanding of product development and management
Knowledge of market trends
Thorough understanding of the investment markets, product and product structures
