Job Description
This is an excellent opportunity to work as a technical support specialist in machinery maintenance.
We are looking for someone with experience in providing technical assistance and coordination of day-to-day operations in the service department.
* Coordinate the daily activities of the service team.
* Provide technical support to service engineers and customers on equipment breakdowns and queries.
* Manage customer equipment failures, especially plastics machinery systems.
* Liaise with suppliers to source spare parts and technical documentation.
* Maintain and upload technical records to customer portals.
* Manage calibration tools and maintain technical documentation.
* Update equipment records in the software management system.
* Collaborate on service schedules and contribute to operational planning.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field (preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering/manufacturing environment.
* Familiarity with plastics machinery, especially Fanuc & Piovan systems.
* Previous experience in a maintenance or service-focused role.
* Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
