Property Lawyer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Property Solicitor with a minimum of five years' post-qualification experience to join our dynamic team.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for you to work on high-value complex property projects across Ireland, providing legal support on property development and conveyancing related legal matters. You will be advising clients on residential and commercial property transactions, acquisitions, disposals, reviewing title, leasing and development. Key responsibilities include drafting and negotiating property contracts, development agreements, leases, licences and easements.
Candidate Profile
* A qualified solicitor with minimum 5+ years post qualification experience in property law.
* Strong technical knowledge of property law.
