Financial Accountant Role Overview
The successful candidate will work closely with senior management to prepare accounts and provide insightful financial information.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare monthly financial and management accounts, including balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
* Provide KPI reports to support informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with the MD to develop Ad Hoc reports as required.
* Work on forecasts and budgets, ensuring accurate projections.
* Generate budget variance reports to identify areas for improvement.
* Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations and financial analysis.
* Manage VAT, Intrastat, and PAYE obligations.
* Review and manage stock figures to ensure accuracy.
* Maintain a comprehensive Fixed Asset Register.
* Engage with external auditors to ensure seamless audits.
