About the Role
As an administrator within the Data Maintenance Team for the National Buying Department, you will support the buying teams in maintaining all product and contract data records. You will form relationships with IE and international colleagues across all departments. The focus of this role is to support the National Buying Department in the implementation and maintenance of SAP systems. The role will support the roll out of the new buying solutions.
Please note that this role is a fixed term contract ending on the 31st December 2026.
Key responsibilities
* Cleanse, verify, and maintain data accurately within set timeframes, ensuring data integrity and security compliance.
* Review and correct data errors or deficiencies, and research missing information as needed.
* Follow established data entry procedures and compile information for accurate input.
* Generate reports, store completed work appropriately and maintain confidentiality of information.
* Respond to information queries and provide access to relevant files as required.

Essential Requirements
* Proven administration work experience, detail oriented and strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; specifically Excel and Word.
* Organisational skills with the ability to identify and manage priorities.
* Ability to investigate and analyse a challenge and offer a solution.
* Innate curiosity: always striving to improve and simplify processes and ensure consistency wherever possible
Desirable Requirements
* SAP experience is desirable but not essential
* Additional computer training or certification will be desirable
* Full drivers' licence
