Join them as they continue to grow and redefine what it means to live wellYour new roleAs a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial and contractual management of multiple residential developments from pre-construction through to final account. You will work closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Working closely with internal teams-including project managers, site teams, and finance-as well as external stakeholders such as subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants, you will ensure that each development is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be key in managing valuations, variations, procurement strategies, and cost reporting, while maintaining strong relationships and clear communication across all parties.This is a hands-on role that requires a proactive approach, commercial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
