Accounts Technician Location: Carlow / Kilkenny Border Type: Permanent, Full-Time (4 or 5 days per week, onsite) About the Role Our client is seeking an experienced Accounts Technician to manage the day-to-day finance function of the business. This is a fully onsite position with flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week. Reporting directly to management, the successful candidate will take ownership of wages, accounts administration, and supplier management. Key Responsibilities * Processing weekly payroll for approximately 25 employees using Thesaurus Payroll software * Managing supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliations * Preparing and submitting ROS returns * Managing company banking including lodgements and reconciliations * Maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers * Supporting management with ad hoc finance and administration duties Candidate Requirements * Accounting Technician qualification (or equivalent experience) * Strong payroll experience, ideally with Thesaurus Payroll * Good working knowledge of ROS and general accounting practices * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and manage own workload Benefits * Onsite parking provided * Own office space * Flexibility to work 4 or 5 days per week If you have the skills required for this role - please apply to Bernadette Sisson for immediate consideration.
