We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, and acquired brain injuries. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and person-centered service, where the well-being and dignity of each individual is at the forefront. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health or social care, with relevant qualifications such as a third-level degree in Psychology, Social Care, or Social Work.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues. They will also be experienced in working in a care environment, with a good understanding of cognitive rehabilitation principles and techniques.
